THE PROCESS

Setup

  • After your initial contact, we'll arrange a time to meet in person or on video chat. This first consult is the time for you to meet your editor, share your passion for your business, solidify your editing preferences, create your unique editing workflow, and learn how to use your client portal.
Order
  • Order

  • When you are ready for your order, head over to the online order form (link below). Choose which services you are wanting for your order - an invoice will be created and sent to you within 24 hours. If this is your first order or a pre-purchase, payment of the invoice is required before editing begins.
Upload
  • Upload

  • Your images will be uploaded as a Lightroom catalogue or zipped file via the order form. Other options for uploading are available and will be discussed in your initial consult.) Help for preparing your files can be found in our support center or by clicking the link below.
Delivery
  • Delivery

  • Turn around time for wedding image delivery is 7 days (max). Once your images are edited and double checked for consistency, they will be delivered back to you as specified in your file. This can include direct download of Jpegs, an Xmp./Lightroom catalogue, return via mail or direct upload to your online proofing system.
Feedback
  • Feedback

  • We believe in highly personalized service and guaranteed satisfaction - so honest feedback is important after your images have been delivered. Open communication both ways allows us to create consistent images, streamline how we work together, and adapt to changes in shooting style. All feedback is recorded into your file, ready for your next session or wedding.
